The IA does not recommend services of any stock broker or intermediary to a client. The IA does not have any commission sharing arrangement with any intermediary for recommending the products / services either as a stock broker or as other intermediary.

The IA (including the Principal Officer and the Persons associated with investment advice) may have holding or position, in the financial products or securities which are the subject matter of advice.
The IA for its own individual / proprietary purposes may invest / divest in various securities / investments, from time to time at its own discretion based on the self-suitability assessment. Such proprietary investment transactions may at times be contrary to the investment advice.
Conflict of Interest

The IA does not have any connection to or association with any issuer of products / securities. Accordingly, there are no actual or potential conflicts of interest. Also nothing compromises the objectivity or independence in carrying on the investment advisory services.

The Client is requested to go through the key features of the products or securities, particularly track record, and warnings, disclaimers and other relevant information before investing, as and when advised by the IA.

Non-SEBI Products or Services

In case of advisory services in respect of products or services which are outside the purview of SEBI — such products or services and related advisory services in respect of such products or services shall be outside the regulatory purview of SEBI and no recourse from SEBI shall be available to such clients for any grievance arising therefrom.
Use of AI tools
Information as required by Regulation 18(9)
The IA may use certain Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, including generative, agentic or other AI-based platforms, in providing investment advice, and we shall be solely responsible for the security, confidentiality, and integrity of the client data, use of any other information or data to arrive at investment advice, investment advice based on output of AI tools and compliance with any law for the time being in force. Further, we shall disclose to you, from time to time, as may be applicable, the extent of use of AI tools in providing investment advice.
