If any part of these Terms of Use Agreement is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of this Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. Updates may be licensed to you by AmitKukreja.com with additional or different terms. In case of any breach of Terms of Use Agreement, AmitKukreja.com has a right to terminate Terms of Use Agreement forthwith.
